Returns Policy

Jack & Jill returns/refund policy complies with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel an order, written notice by email must be given within 7 working days after the day an item is received.

We will only offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Disclaimer

The Jack & Jill Foundation shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site.

The Jack & Jill Foundation make no representation or warranty, express or implied (including, without limitation, warranties as to quality or fitness for purpose) in connection with any product(s) supplied by it under these Terms. In any event, The Jack & Jill Foundation sole liability and the user’s sole remedy for any defective product(s) supplied under these Terms shall be the replacement by The Jack & Jill Foundation of the defective product(s).

The Jack & Jill Foundation shall not be liable for economic or financial loss or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Jack & Jill Foundation, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through this website, your use of the site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

The Jack & Jill Monthly Raffle Terms and Conditions 

Prize Offered:

The prize offered on behalf of the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation Ireland is: A collection of Vinyls and Cd’s from Irish Artists.

Conditions:

This prize is open to anyone over the age of 16, within the Republic of Ireland.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

Upon selection of the chosen winners, no further correspondence will be entered into, Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation’s (and/or its representatives) decisions are final.

The chosen winner must confirm receipt of the prize in order to accept this. The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation will attempt to contact the winner no more than twice. If the chosen winner does not respond within the timeframe stipulated by the correspondence The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation reserves the right to select a new winner in their place.

The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation reserves the right to withdraw, amend or change this competition and terms and conditions as required.

General:

The competition is open to all Republic of Ireland residents - except employees or agents of The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation, UMG or the company involved, or anyone connected with the promotion.

Entry constitutes your acceptance of the above conditions/rules.

One winner will be selected for the tickets, and there will be no appeals process or reselection unless the initial winner fails to respond within a reasonable time, or reject the prize.

Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the competition closing, and have a further 24 hours to respond to the congratulatory email. We will attempt to message the winner a second time within the 24 hours if there has been no response, but once the time has elapsed, there will be no further communications and there is no appeal process.

The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation takes no responsibility for the shipping and receipt of prizes. Once the courier has been selected and picked up the prizes, it is the responsibility of the winner to accept and receive prizes – they must supply an address and contact number which will be available to take in the prizes on set days.

Opening date for entries is 16/03/2020 (10am) Closing date for all entries is 27/03/2020 (12 noon)

Winners will be notified by phone on the day of the draw by a representative of the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation.

Only prizes listed in the Terms and Conditions will be offered. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The prize includes a pair of tickets to the show, only. Travel and accommodation costs are entirely at the winners expense and responsibility. The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation accepts no liability for expenses incurred.

Drinks and food are not included in the prize. All beverages purchased are entirely at the winner’s discretion and they maintain sole liability for purchase.

The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation and Universal Music cannot guarantee entry to the concert in the case of unruly behaviour. The decision of the venue and its staff is final.

The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes.
